LifeTek Website Purchases: If you are not 100% satisfied with your LifeTek umbrella within 30 days of purchase, please contact our Customer Service Team to receive a Return Processing Number (RPN) before returning the umbrella. This will help expedite the process and ensure the credit is applied to your original form of payment.

Once you’ve contacted our Customer Service Team, please ship the unused umbrella back to LifeTek (at your expense) using the United States Postal Service (USPS), and please include a note with your name, order number, RPN, address, email, and daytime phone number to the following address:

Special Note: Return shipping costs are not refundable. If you ship your return using a non-USPS carrier, they may charge extra fees to deliver to a PO BOX. If additional delivery fees are charged to LifeTek, they will be deducted from your refund.

For your benefit, we recommend that you purchase a USPS delivery service that is insured and traceable. You can expect a refund for the cost of the returned item(s) to the original payment method within 10 days of receipt of the return.

Pre-Paid USPS Return Label: At your request, we will happily send you a pre-paid USPS return label within the initial 30-day return period and will deduct a flat $9.95 return postage fee from your refund.

Amazon Website Purchases: To return a product purchased from Amazon.com, please contact and follow Amazon’s return policy and procedures.

Warranty Replacement: LifeTek Umbrellas include a two-year replacement guarantee against defects in our premium materials and quality workmanship.

If you experience a quality issue with your LifeTek umbrella within two years from the original purchase date, please contact LifeTek Customer Service at support@lifetek.com. In your email, please include your name, address, order number, and a brief description of the issue.

If we determine that it is necessary for you to return the defective item to LifeTek, we will send you a return authorization number and return shipping instructions. Upon receipt, a new replacement item will be sent to you via USPS.
